8. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

8.1 Special information for California residents

These additional disclosures are the categories of personal information that are collected and disclosed for commercial purposes, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Depending on how you interact with Kparty app products, personal information that we may have collected or disclosed for commercial purposes during the past twelve months falls into the following categories:

  • Personal information described in subsection (e) of section 1798.80 of the California Civil Code, such as credit card number;
  • Protected classification features (such as age or gender) under California or U.S. federal law;

No personal information are sold. During the past twelve months, we have not sold any personal information of consumers.

No discrimination. We do not discriminate against any consumer who exercises their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

8.2 Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) Requirements

Here are the revised terms for underage users (particularly minors under the age of 16, especially children under 13) using Kparty services, which should be read carefully in the company of their guardians. Guardians should decide whether to accept this policy after fully understanding it:

  1. Users under the age of 16 (especially children under 13) should read this agreement and use Kparty services under the supervision, guidance, and consent of their guardians.
  2. We place great importance on the protection of personal information of underage users. When filling out personal information, underage users should enhance their awareness of personal protection and handle it cautiously. Please use Kparty services correctly under the guidance of their guardians.
  3. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of information belonging to underage users, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this policy. If we inadvertently collect personal information from underage users without explicit consent from their parents or legal guardians, we will promptly delete such data. Guardians of underage users are encouraged to reach out to us using the contact details in Article 11 of this policy should they have any questions regarding our services or the information provided by the underage individuals under their care.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy from time to time. These updates and amendments will form part of this policy and have the same effect as this policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not diminish your rights under this policy as currently in effect.

In case of any update of this policy, we will notify you through APP client push notification or other relevant reasonable means, so that you can be informed of any changes made to this policy in a timely manner.
